Frensham Pond is just stunning, after 22km you'll come across this beautiful location. It's an established swimming spot so it doesnât feel as âwildâ as the river option at the end and can get busy on weekends. One for after work or a sunny evening we think.
On our ride, we actually drove to Frensham after our ride and left the bikes in the car in order to have a proper swim. People tend to stay on the shore so if you feel confident to go a bit further into the designated swimming areas then youâll find plenty of splash about.
After 35 km, we stopped at The little Barn Cafe, their terrace is lovely and the building is very quaint. They sell delicious cakes with ice cold drinks - a well needed break.
The remaining ride is full of beautiful trademark Surrey lanes, lined with hedges and flowers.
In the summer, Hydrangeas, Roses and Angelonia flowers are all over the roads, a stunning explosion of bright colours.
Enjoy the ride!
