As you may have seen by now, we are expanding and we’ve finally opened our new hub: Welcome to Moloko’s Riverside!
We have been so impatient to share with you our new space in Barnes, London, which is only meters away from Unit 9, where we’ve been serving rental customers and hosting rides & events for over 2 years.
When it came to thinking about how we wanted the space to look, we knew we wanted somewhere cosy yet professional - somewhere that doesn't scream cycling but yet somewhere showcases our selection of Canyon bikes & kit... Our mission was "simply" to build a Canyon Experience within the Moloko Ecosystem.
And to do so, we have teamed up with the Futon Company to strike the perfect balance.
After having used Futon to set up our previous space, we thought they would be the perfect brand to work with: an independent British company that started between friends who wanted to make minimalist furniture designed to make the most of small spaces: a game changer for Londoners!
Futon’s ethos of simplicity, quality and craftsmanship made them a natural choice for us. We’ve been able to design a space that not only reflects our brand but also feels like a natural extension of what Moloko is all about.
And, we’re especially in love with the oakwood furniture that now fills Riverside. The natural warmth of oak adds a grounded, organic feel to the space, while its clean, modern design screams Moloko all over.
One thing we strive for is for Riverside to be more than just another bike shop; a place where creativity and collaboration can flourish. We wanted our team to feel inspired and for customers to feel relaxed every time they walk through the doors.
We also wanted a space to host you all alongside our brand partners, may it be for ride-outs, events, pop-ups, workshops... and so we hope this is what we have managed to create.
